About Me

The Full Story

My path into meditation began through yoga—first through the physical postures (Asanas), then Breathwork (Pranayama), and eventually the quiet stillness of sitting. As I went deeper into my practice, I started to feel the subtle power of regular practice without judgment. That’s when things began to shift.

As a strong, sensitive person, I had spent much of my life overthinking, anticipating outcomes, and trying to plan my way into peace. When health issues surfaced, I knew I needed something more sustainable. Meditation offered that—it gave me space. Space to slow down, to listen, and to begin relating to myself in a new way.

Over time, the practice softened the grip of worry and helped me come home to myself. I teach now from that lived experience—not as someone with all the answers, but as someone who knows what it’s like to live with a busy mind and a tender heart. My intention is to share the tools that continue to support and steady me, and to hold space for others to discover their own way inward.
